Rob Allanson – 8.0

Nose: Spirity at first, green grass, melon and Parma ham. Lemon cake, citrus, sugary, then sharp green fruits, apples, limes and gooseberries. Becomes malty, cornflakes and bread sticks.

Palate: Spirity at first, green gauges, apples and unripe pears. Then spun sugar, iced buns and a lime juice zip and agave sweetness.

Finish: Sweet and very swift. Vanishes to caramel sweetness.

Comments: Wheat is present, feels like it needsmore time in the oak.

Sam Coyne – 8.0

Nose: Dried citrus peels. Coriander and cereal notes. Lightens a little bit towards the end with a floral note.

Palate: Very savory with a salty note to it. Hints of rye, but then more cereal from the nose. Mouthfeel is pretty coating. Coriander returns.

Finish: Quite long, more of the coriander from the nose, but some fruit offers light relief.

Comments: Balances all the flavors nicely. Good variety.
