Who doesn’t love a cocktail?!
We figured, what better way to kick off your weekend than with one (or all) of these combinations from Balcones Distilling. Whether you’ve got some friends over to enjoy the last of the summer evenings this weekend, or just fancy trying something new, these definitely won’t disappoint!

Raspberry Beret

Ingredients
2 oz Balcones Rumble
1.5 oz Raspberry
1 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Prep
Add lemon juice, raspberry and egg white, add ice to a shaker, then rumble, shake and strain.

Ingredients
1.5 oz Balcones Baby Blue
0.75 oz Lime
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
Prep
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain, serve and enjoy.

One Two Punch

Ingredients
1 bottle of Balcones True Blue 100 proof
4 lemons
10 black berries
20 basil leaves
¾ cup of demerara sugar
¾ cup of lemon juice
1 quart water
Prep
Combine the four lemon peels, basil and blackberries in mason jar with demerara. Leave for 12-24 hours.
Muddle all the ingredients after the oil has built up in the jar.
Add lemon juice and shake well. Then in a large pot empty contents of jar while straining any residual particles out and add one bottle of TB100 and one quart of water. Bottle punch and store in fridge for up to two weeks.
