Tickets for the 9th annual San Antonio Cocktail Conference are on sale, with the event being held on January 15-19, 2020.
An exciting announcement from Rossville Union Straight Rye Whiskey is the event’s signature cocktail, The Clean Sneak; a tribute to great rye. The cocktail was created in a collaborative effort between Rossville Union and Bohanan’s Bar, using Rossville Union Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey, Bitter Truths apricot liqueur, lemon juice, maple syrup and dried fig garnish. The name, The Clean Sneak, comes from a Prohibition term which means ‘to get away with a crime and leave no trace’.
