Ingredients
- 1½ oz Balcones Rye
- 3 lemon wedge
- ½ oz rich demerara
- ½ oz blackberry syrup
- 1 oz cold brew
Method
In a shaker, muddle lemon, demerara and blackberry syrup. Add the rye, cold brew and ice and shake. Double strain into a coupe glass.
