Dates and figs with some butterscotch and dark chocolate.Caramel with nougat and graham cracker. Leather and blackberry.
Plush texture, lively spice and sweet notes. Vanilla bean and baked apples. Sorghum and dark caramel reappear. Stone fruits are inviting.
A gentle giant regardless of the proof in just the right way. Long, sweet and dry finish.
Well-proportioned and exciting to drink!
Pitted fruit, peaches and apricots, with vanilla, milk chocolate, peppery herbs, and sweet nuts Warm hayloft, too.
A rich layer of caramel, with vanilla frosting, baking spice, and leather and oak.
Very warm, as would be expected given the proof. But it is certainly not hot. Dries to oak tannins.
A complex sip becomes even more so with the addition of some water, which also helps merge all of the flavor nuances.
