This week we fancied something classic and delicious to send us merrily into the weekend, so with the help of Select Aperitivo, we’re bringing you the Boulevardier.

Ingredients
1 oz Select Aperitivo
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz Bourbon
Orange peel
Prep
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange peel.
