Sweet cherries with a pinch of cinnamon and almonds, followed by vanilla and brown sugar.
Cherries turn dark and vanilla becomes dark chocolate. Add a little water to release cinnamon Red Hots. Enjoyable balance of fruit-chocolate-spice.
Fruit lingers at the back of the throat while nutty oak softens. A dash of pepper flames up at the very end.
