Welcome to the first cocktail club of the year! To warm things up a little on this wintery January weekend it seemed appropriate to bring some hot chocolate into the mix, with a little help from Middle West Spirits, whether you want to make it hot or cold is up to you.
1.5oz Middle West Spirits Bourbon Cream
0.5oz OYO Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka
1.5oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
1.5oz chilled hot chocolate
Shake for 20 to 30 seconds in a tumbler of ice until chilled, then strain into your favorite mug over ice. Enjoy by a fire!
It can also be served hot.
