Nose
Warm caramel and beautiful brown sugar. Rich cherry and oak with leathery pipe smoke. Jammy blackberries and a trickle of oriental spices.
Palate
Delicious complexity and even brown sugar and caramel flavors. The subtle spice flavors are inviting and mature. A hint of mint and cocoa.
Finish
Evolves gracefully, lingering with warm oak tannins and sweetness.

A classic beauty – what a Bourbon should be.

Nose
Lightly burnt toffee with some cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Figs and dates bring a little fruit to the party.
Palate
The figs and dates are joined by dark cherries with caramel and some fine herbs. Old book leather and a bit of light pipe tobacco.
Finish
The flavors jostle before fading away to let some light oak tannins define the ending.
Comments
This will appeal to whiskey lovers who like a drier, more herb-forward style. Would be a great base for a Manhattan.
