A whiskey sour is great in the summertime, but you can also add a different citrus to it to transition it into the fall and winter. The Beverly High Rye did just that in collaboration with Jeffrey Morgenthaler to come up with this marmalade on rye cocktail recipe.
The Beverly High Rye Marmalade On Rye Cocktail
2 oz The Beverly High Rye
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz 2:1 simple syrup
1⁄2 oz egg whites, lightly beaten
1 tsp orange marmalade
Combine all ingredients with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake until cold. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
