Milam & Greene Port Rye Blackberry Bramble

1.5 oz of Milam & Greene Port Cask Finished Rye
6 or 7 ripe blackberries
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz ginger beer or sparkling water
1 cup of ice (preferably pebble)
Sprig of mint for garnish
Muddle at least 5 blackberries and simple syrup gently in your serving glass, pour in rye whiskey and add half a cup of ice and stir for 20 seconds until some ice has melted. Add additional blackberries and ice, top with ginger beer or sparkling water for a less sweet preference and garnish with mint.

Milam & Greene Triple Cask Elderflower Sour

1.5 oz Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon
1 oz of elderflower syrup
.5 oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 oz of sparkling water
Lemon wheel for garnish
Combine bourbon, syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker tin with ice and shake for at least 30 seconds. Pour liquid over fresh ice in serving glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon wheel and enjoy!

Milam & Greene Triple Cask Ginger Peach Smash

1.5 oz Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon
2 sprigs of mint (one for garnish)
3 small peach slices peeled –
1 peach slice unpeeled (garnish)
5 oz lemon juice
.75 oz ginger simple syrup
Mash mint and peeled peach slices with ginger simple syrup and lemon juice in a shaker. Add ice and bourbon. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into serving glass with fresh ice. Add garnish and enjoy.
