The Minnesota-based new craft distillery is set to open and bring with it an exciting drinks experience
King Coil Spirits, located in Saint Paul, Minnesota has announced its grand opening on Friday, September 29. The new craft distillery, cocktail bar and pizza restaurant is located in the historic Vandalia Tower.
The distillery was founded by the team at Lake Monster Brewing, which is located just a few doors away and Matt Lange has acted as both head brewer and head distillery at their two concepts.
The team behind the distillery has crafted more than 20 spirits and liqueurs in-house in order to bring its new cocktail menu to life, with all drinks and ingredients made from scratch.

At King Coil Spirits those who love the classics will be more than happy to find a Straight Bourbon and Straight Rye, and for those who love the obscure there is plenty of joy to be found.
