S’more finishes with the toastiness and entry of marshmallow and caramel.

Caramel and milk chocolate with some worn leather and dried apple. The caramel becomes more pronounced after some time in the glass.
Palate
Savory rather than sweet. The leather dominates the caramel. Tiny bit of baking spice.
Finish
Still dry and savory with the leather gradually changing into some light oak and pepper.
Comments
A rich mouthfeel that contributes to a fairly long finish. Sip neat or on the rocks, as water brings out more fruit.
