Nose
Elegant aromas of melted caramel and a blend of baking spices. Heady, fresh-baked chocolate cake. Bananas foster and blackberry marmalade. Overtones of earthy wood and fennel.
Palate
Sweetness of chocolate macaroons. Mature spice harmony. Sugared dates and Bing cherry.
Finish
Clean and relaxed with earthy-soft sweetness. Artfully balanced with layers of spice and fruit glow.

Yards of charm and every sip is in perfect proportion.

Nose
Nutty caramel with some very light notes of peel just separated from the apple. Perhaps a pinch of nutmeg provides a suggestion of baking spice.
Palate
Unexpectedly, the baking spice leads first. Nutmeg joined by light cinnamon. Brown sugar and the apple peel follow accompanied by some oak.
Finish
Quite dry with white pepper and some lightly oaky tannins. A tingle of the pepper.
Comments
Water brings out more fruit and caramel, so give it a try with a large ice cube.
