This week Westland Distillery's Jenna Sagmoen, distillery education ambassador, has showcased exactly what you can do when you experiment with American single malt cocktails.

Chai It Out
- 1 1/2 oz Westland Flagship Single Malt Whiskey
- ⅓ oz Scratch Chai Liqueur
- ¼ oz maple syrup
- ⅓ oz cold brew coffee concentrate
- 3 dashes Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters
- 2–3 dashes foaming agent (e.g. Fee Foam Bitters)
- Maple sugar, for garnish
Mix everything and dry shake. Then shake over ice and strain into chilled coupe. Dust with maple sugar and enjoy.
