This recipe comes from the Washington-based brand Westward Whiskey. For the summer season, the brand has announced three new cocktail recipes to enjoy this summer season.
We decided to try Northwest Buck.
Northwest Buck
- 1 1/2 parts Westward Whiskey Cask Strength
- 1/2 part pineapple juice
- 3/4 part lemon juice
- 3/4 part Demerara
- Ginger beer
- A pineapple wedge
- A bunch of mint
Combine ingredients, minus the ginger beer, over ice into a shaking tin and shake until mixed together. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and fresh mint.
