This recipe comes from the Tennessee-based brand Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon. In celebration of National Bourbon Heritage Month, the brand has announced several new cocktails, each one featuring Bib & Tucker Gold Roast Bourbon.
- 1.5 oz Bib & Tucker Gold Roast Bourbon
- ½ oz shot espresso or cold brew
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz Madeira wine
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Lemon peel
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin half full of ice. Shake well and strain into glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
