This recipe comes from the Washington-based brand Westward Whiskey. For the summer season, the brand has announced three new cocktail recipes to enjoy this summer season.
We decided to try The Layover.
The Layover
- 1 1/2 parts Westward Whiskey Pinot Noir Cask
- 1/4 part PX Sherry
- 1/2 part Aperol
- 3/4 part lemon juice
- A lemon twist
Combine ingredients over ice into a mixing tin and shake until mixed together. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
