Raspberry Beret
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Balcones Rumble
- 1.5 oz Raspberry
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
- Glass: Coupe
- 1.5 oz Balcones Baby Blue
- 0.75 oz Lime
- 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
- Glass: Highball or Rocks
- 1 bottle of Balcones True Blue 100 proof
- 4 lemons
- 10 black berries
- 20 basil leaves
- ¾ cup of demerara sugar
- ¾ cup of lemon juice
- 1 quart water
- Combine the four lemon peels, basil and blackberries in mason jar with demerara. Leave for 12-24 hours.
- Muddle all the ingredients after the oil has built up in the jar.
- Add lemon juice and shake well. Then in a large pot empty contents of jar while straining any residual particles out and add one bottle of TB100 and one quart of water.
- Bottle punch and store in fridge for up to two weeks.

Add lemon juice, raspberry and egg white, add ice to a shaker, then rumble, shake and strain.
