High West has announced the return of Bourye with a 2025 edition release, available across the US in limited quantities. The annual release contains a mix of straight rye and straight bourbon whiskeys aged for a minimum of ten years in new charred white American oak barrels.

Tasting notes provided by High West say this release has notes of Honeycrisp apples, bergamot, and toasted almonds on the nose, followed by salted crème brûlée and candied orange peel on the palate.

High West Bourye 2025 (SRP $124.99) is bottled at 46 per cent and available for purchase in limited quantities nationwide.
