New Dawn Distilling has unveiled New York Wheated Whiskey, a 10-year-old release that acts as the second addition to the New Dawn Distilling collection. This new release comes after the success of the brand’s inaugural six-year New York Bourbon in June.

The producers have described this whiskey as having tasting notes of ginger, orange and apricot.

“This whiskey is a sophisticated cask strength whiskey with fruit flavors that seamlessly transition into spicy notes,” said Dawn O’Neal, founder of New Dawn Distilling. “The drink is for those boss moments when you want to make your own adventure. Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with a splash of water – this whiskey does it all.”

New Dawn craft spirits are distinguished by yearly small-batch releases that promise unique flavors without additives or fillers, and always consider the influence of climate. New Dawn aims to focus on efficiency, minimize waste, and promote sustainable agriculture and renewable energy. The brand also plans to unveil a five-year-old California Rye Whiskey next spring.
