Run For the Roses Whiskey Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Talnua Heritage Selection Whiskey
- 3/4oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1/2oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz Honey Syrup
- 2 bar spoons of rosewater
- Egg White
- Garnish: Angostura bitters
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, shake without ice until frothy (approx. 20 seconds)
- Add ice and shake for another 20 seconds
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters
Lemon Espresso Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Talnua Continuum Cask Whiskey
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 7 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/2 tsp dark roast coffee
- 2 lemon peels
- Glass: Rocks
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in stir glass
- Express 2 lemon peels into stir glass and drop in
- Add ice and stir for 20 seconds
- Fine strain with cheesecloth into rocks glass
- Express lemon peel over glass and drop in
