The Texas Whiskey Trail and Texas Whiskey Association have ambitiously come together to spearhead the Panhandle Proud initiative, aimed at supporting communities in the Texas Panhandle affected by the largest wildfires the state has ever seen.
The initiative’s objective is to provide comprehensive support to the farmers and ranchers whose livelihoods have been devastated by the wildfires. The campaign will showcase the unity, resilience and spirit of the Texas whiskey community and the agricultural community as well as the broader Panhandle region.

There are several ways in which Texas distilleries are getting involved with the initiative, including:
Funds raised through the initiative will be managed by Good Bourbon for a Good Cause, the charitable arm of Garrison Brothers Distillery. The purpose is to ensure transparency and effective allocation of funds to support the Texas Farm Bureau’s efforts in aiding recovery.
