It’s time to embrace the humble shift drink and what better time than after a long old Thursday at work! Batten down the hatches and give this a try.

Shift Drink
INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ oz Balcones Rye

  • 3 lemon wedge

  • ½ oz rich demerara

  • ½ oz blackberry syrup

  • 1 oz cold brew

  • Glass: Coupe



METHOD
In a shaker, muddle lemon, demerara and blackberry syrup. Add the rye, cold brew and ice and shake. Double strain into a coupe glass.
