Nose

Glowing fruits of green apple, kiwi, and lemon peel. Straw and light earth. Another fruit of peach after some rest. Malted barley and cereal aroma.

Palate

Almost Scotch-like. Grassy flavors with the lemon peel reveal. Salted almonds and delicate taste of baked focaccia loaf. Short white pepper.

Finish

Gentle finish that surprises with touches of ginger to tease. Cereal and grassy flavors tend to fade into some of the citrus notes.
