Nose

Honeyed peaches and sweet nose of cassis. Herbal aromas of sage changing to coriander. Cigar box.

Palate

Dense honeycomb and chocolate syrup. Flavors glide nicely on the spices of black pepper and paprika. Ginger moves in. Macerated cherries.

Finish

Well rounded with oak tannins and caramel. Some earthiness and herbal reappear.

Comment

This one really stretches out the spice and herbal tones, quite lovely.
