Nose

Cherry and smokey wood char combine and then bring out red apple and fig.  Clove spice and ginger prevail, before brioche.

Palate

Brown sugar and honey with the wood sugar. Cherry and mixed spices are perfectly balanced and complex. Toffee rich with some truffle.

Finish

Incredibly balanced mouthfeel, gracious and warm that lingers until the next sip.
