Earthy hay and yeast aromas. Pear syrup wraps around slivered almonds and wisps of grain. A malty essence and milk chocolate.

Palate

Barley flavors and airy fruit cocktail cascades. Pound cake and so flavors of vanilla and toast. Dusty herbs.

Finish

Tame but not shy. Ginger li s at the end and flows through to the slight oak flavors.
