Nose

Peach and toffee aroma. Faint macadamia with a definitely sweet vanilla pudding. Somewhat earthy shiitake.

Palate

Loose corn pudding hold the grain flavor. Softer expression of oak, cinnamon streusel. Herbal fade of sage.

Finish

Easy finish that does not linger, dissipates after the spike of cinnamon.

Comment

Ginger ale will pep this up for a highball cocktail.
