Nose

Candied dates and dark brown sugar. Freshcut oak clearly spins into a later sweet oak as it opens. Cotton candy is not to be dismissed, as well as a bread dough vibe.

Palate

Flavors that are a bit malty and convey cereal tones. Vanilla waffle cone enters until the savory bacon notes pick up. Pecans.

Finish

Conveys a mocha-like end flavor, yet never forgets the oak tannins.
