Palate

Bit-O-Honey candy begins the sweet journey with its caramel and chopped nuts. Spices are faint until a clear-cut ginger flair at the finish.

Finish

Mouth-filling spice and oak threads with a dabble of smoke. Snuffs out the spice once it tames into the wood sugars.
