Nose

Vivacious vanilla kicks of with a bit of hazelnut nuttiness. Butterscotch is keen to surround dollops of nutmeg. Cookie dough and toffee.

Palate

Beautiful texture, almost a chewy divinity candy. Oak is present and a lovely herbal cast lays nicely. Marshmallow is a hero.

Finish

Dry and sweet with its lingering oak and spice, mature and relevant.
