Palate

Well-balanced sweetness of dark brown sugar and caramel. Fig and rolled dates create a gorgeous flavor. A rise of cinnamon and spice.

Finish

Surround-sound flavors of the spices that are long and dry. Oak takes over, then settles nally with a wisp of the date and fig.
