Nose

Cedar wood and toast begin an array of aromas. Simple syrup and candied ginger with a touch of maraschino.

Palate

Wood sugar that resembles a honeyed oak. Somewhat herbal essence of basil and Chinese spice. Peppery balance of pink peppercorn and soft paprika.

Finish

A leap of spice that quickly fades.
