Tasting Notes

Nose

Unique sweet tart and mascarpone aroma. Butterscotch and chestnut. A dusting of light herbs, a bit minerally. Peaches.

Palate

Caramel and vanilla catch the first sip, traditional and welcomed. Golden raisins and milk chocolate. Cinnamon.

Finish

Wood tannins hang nicely for some textural components. The finish is dry and sweet.

Comment

Firm tannins deliver some structure alongside the caramel and vanilla.
