Nose

Butter brickle and toffee on the first nose. An airy aroma of peaches and apricots speak to the fruit. Muscadine reaches a level then turns into a soft white pepper.

Palate

Nuts change into some light oak on the palate and the fruit is apple peel and some pear. The baking spice is more prominent here.

Finish

Doesn’t quite reach the throat, but lingers just enough to leave a balanced impression.

Comment

Good balance here with medium depth and complexity. Pleasant neat and would probably make a very good cocktail base.
