Nose

Mixed grains and golden-brown sugar with loads of warm butterscotch. Soft all-spice and light ginger. Graham cracker. Pear syrup and apple.

Palate

Delicious helping of sugar cookies and caramel. Pumpkin spice cake and jammy marmalade. Butter crips poke through, as beautiful baking spices that permeate.

Finish

Even and refined. Flavors compliment the wood sugar with light spices. Enjoyable finish.
