Nose

Deep molasses with overtures of anise and butterscotch. Smoked pecans and a caravan of pipe smoke and orange marmalade.

Palate

Caramel perks up on the first sip with ginger snaps. Vanilla pudding is an additional sweetness. White pepper dances softly from behind.

Finish

Oak tannin in drying yet does not disappoint on the build of ginger spice. Banana bread is undeniable before the layout of sweetness.
