Nose

Vanilla wafer and brioche. Honeyed granola is inviting yet has an airy herbal accent. Spices of caraway and celery seed. A pleasant floral note of honeysuckle.

Palate

Light ginger blends with golden brown sugar and crushed walnuts. There is a delicious grilled peach flavor as it bakes in with a vanilla pound cake.

Finish

Well-rounded ginger center on the middle of the palate, oak tannins give a dry nish.
