Fresh pear and butterscotch. Milk chocolate and brilliant nuttiness of roasted peanuts. Bread crust, herbal cascade of sage, and finally oak.

Palate

Blast of cornmeal and buttered popcorn. Slight mint with dense oak and tobacco. Marshmallow and golden-brown sugar. Black pepper.

Finish

Drying leather and black pepper with some warm caramel.

Comment

The Finish: has some oak muscle and grains galore.
