Nose

Spicy oak bouquet. Nutmeg and crushed pecan. Honey and toffee. Coffee bean, fig, and brown sugar.

Palate

Rich, almost heady, brown sugar and caramel. Pipe smoke and blasts of spiciness that behave in just the right way. Hints of maple syrup and oak. 

Finish

Beautifully balanced. Spicy-sweet, long and dry with great body and structure.
