Nose

Big nose of biscuit and malt. Roasted nuts and apples. Slight cocoa frame with the oak.

Palate

Bright paprika with an unusual zesty flavor.Simple syrup which is gracious next to the rolled oat flavor. Honeydew.

Finish

Good mid-palate body that is generous with the spice and lingers quite long.
