Tasting Notes

Nose

Malty cereal aromas. Soda cracker and ginger ale. Creamy custard with sliced yellow apple. Zesty lemon rind.

Palate

Bold ginger flirts intensely until oak tannins balance the spice out. Light herb character. Hints of golden raisin. Leafy pear.

Finish

Woody rich, yet expands on the grain with rolled granola flavors.

Comment

Ever so slightly bitter and evolves with dimension.
