Alcohol hits then red apples, raspberries and red boot polish. Nail varnish remover. Marzipan, custard cream tarts and nutmeg.
Palate
Big sweetness, vanilla and toffee, caramel coated apples. Snickers bars in liquid form, peanut, caramel and milk chocolate. The savory edge of dusty books.
Finish
Alcohol dries but the tannins and a sharp apple sweetness cling on.

Caramel and red fruits. Spicy pepper and a hint of citrus peel. Fresh.
Palate
Really sweet – rum-like to begin with. Quickly becomes oakey, with genuine heat and spice. Caramel returns a bit later with a rye bread hit at the end.
Finish
Long and spicy. Red fruit becomes the lasting impression.
